Hello, We are trying to get the word out about our beautiful casale for sale in Amelia Umbria which has been partially restored. It would make a great vacation home, Bed & Breakfast or even a permanent residence, as we have made it for the past 5 years. Please visit our own personal website for photos and details.

I've sent your info to friends who are looking in the area. Good luck!

Considering this is kind of competition for your house I think that was a really generous thing to do! Even if your house isn't what your friends are looking for - otherwise I'm assuming they would be buying it - you needn't have done that. Really impressed, shows there is still genorosity of spirit out there throwroses.sml!

Thank you Barb for sending the link on to your friends! I agree with Alyson, it shows much generosity on your part and we appreciate it very much. Good Luck with the sale of your home also, which I must admit doesn't give me much hope in selling quickly.... seeing that yours has been for sale since Dec. Speriamo bene! Ciao!

I believe that the right people for our house are out there somewhere, as are the right people for your house...and they're definitely not the same people, so there's no competition at all!

The more exposure your house has the better, which is what we've been trying to do, short of listing with an agent. I'm glad to be of help!

It might be worth talking to Christina about putting a little 120x120 advertisement on the right column of the site. I don't know what she'd charge, but I'd bet you'd get more visitors than by bumping this thread.

Gorgeous house, by the way!

Apparently the housing market is down in Italy as well as other places......but we are hoping that 2008 will bring the right buyers! This house has so much potential and the ground floor can be finished to the new owner's liking! It's still available.....take a look!!!!
