Do to a family problem we are selling our "shack" at the beach 45m2 inside with 1100 m2 of fenced in garden Frowner. It is classified a C4 so is not considered abitazione civile but is quite livable. It is the perfect place to spend the summer has great neighbors and we have stayed there in the winter too for weekends when we went to the therme at Calidario, has a fireplace and a wood burning stove. if you are interested you can email me through my website on my signature. I have posted some photos online clic for link. or call me at 055-283949. Angie

It looks charming, but I have no idea where that is. I have a friend who is looking for sea property, and her budget doesn't allow for seafront.
I don't really understand why it isn't considered permanently livable. Looks better than some homes I saw when househunting.

Looks like a great estate place!!! How far away is the sea? Can you see the sea from the house? We are looking for a summer place.

Wow, small world. My husband and I have a plot in the Fabbricciane also! And I live in Florence! And we have been keeping our eyes out in that area because we don't have an anesso on our property and have been considering buying one that does. Can you email( or private message me) me your asking price and the approximate location? We are on the road near the Zia Seconda. Thanx Amy

I am still interested in the property, but need a ballpark figure of what you're asking. Is it still up for sale. Email me at maxamy@europe.com.

Thanx,

Amy
