My friend is selling his gym in Caserta. It is centrally located and has two floor. The top floor is weight training and the bottom is cardio. There is a dance / aerobic studio on the cardio floor and space for six treadmills, two elliptical machines, and six stationary bikes. The weight area has a complete set of equipment, imported from the US, they are high quality "Hammer Strength" brand. The gym also offers two bath/locker areas, and a large back office. The owner is a current vice-Champion of Lidus Maximus Roma competition in fitness bodybuilding. The gym is easily accessible on foot or by car, there is parking space. It has many stable clients.

Anyone who is interested please contact me. I the owners are asking for about 150,000 Euros.

hi idealab..i have a friend of mine who is thinking moving over from the uk and buying or starting a gym in the naples/caserta area. i have a few questions which, i think would also help potential buyers
- is this gym freehold or lease ?
- If lease, how long left on the current lease and how much is rent?
- How many sq meters of inside space are we talking?
- How many paying members does the gym currently have?

thankyou in advance for any answers..grazie, gigi.

Gino,

Thank you for your inquiry. Pardon my belated response as I just read your post now. I am a regular member there at the gym, my friend is not fluent in English, though he can interact in basic English. I posted this for him.

You can email the owner directly at gianlucafrasca2005@yahoo.it

From what I understood, the gym is leased and I am not sure how long is the lease but I'll find out.

There are two floors, and each is more than 200+ sq. meters. I am guessing by comparing to where I live, again, I need to ask to make sure There is also a big back office, which I have been to once, you can practically live in it.

Private parking is available in front and back on the land of the gym, I think 20 cars should fit. It's also in a residential area so it's easily accessible on foot.

The owner Gianluca recently won a prestigious national amateur competition and was featured in a top fitness magazine.

They have a special type of flooring that is very nice and I have been going there few years each time I come, one of the better gyms in Caserta.

Just got an answer from the owner:

"The current lease is 8 years long, and the rent is 2000 euro for month.

I have 250 members for month + my personal training (me and Asia 15/20 for month)!....inside space is 450 mq.
Thanks"

Price is negotiable.
