More madness- the Motorizzazione Civile di Catania suspended this guy's patente because he admitted he was gay.

La conseguenza fu la sospensione della patente in attesa di una revisione all’idoneità. Il Tribunale amministrativo regionale di Catania sospese il provvedimento della Motorizzazione osservando che l’omosessualità «non può considerarsi una malattia psichica», accogliendo il ricorso del legale del giovane Giuseppe Lipera.

Well at least the guy got €100k compensation - but where are these officious people coming from?

The next thing we'll see will be losing our driving licence because we eat pasta or drink water.... eat wine

Pity they don't target the right people and remove their DL's - like for drink driving and speeding!

The ministries of transport and defense have been ordered to pay him 100K, but they can still appeal, probably to the same court that said Tosi was justified in throwing the Roma out of Verona because Roma are criminals.
