Thanks Alyson and Courts in Milan, really appreciate your response. I got the name and phone number of a shop that is near by, from another local expat. I called only to find out that the woman who spoke English wasn't there. What I couldn't understand is whether she is unavailbe until 4 Dec or if that's her next open appointment. Later that day, I walked over to the FastWeb store for help. Non possible, that's become a theme for us here. I noticed that next door was a salon. No one spoke English, but a customer thought she knew what I wanted and told the stylist. Made an appointment for later the same day. Well, I got a hair cut, it isn't what I wanted however I loved the experience. WTH, it's only hair and will grow back! Can't wait for my first Italian pedi
