While I was cooking a pumpkin pie(from scatch) for today's dinner feast, I thought what a lucky and thankful expat I am this year. We Americans have everything to be thankful for - a new beginning in the States...hopefully the beginning of the end to so much world wide suffering, a better more regulated ecomony to pass on to our kids and mostly a safer world. Great to be an American again.
Happy Thanksgiving from Cernobbio

I like your optimism!

We do have much to be thankful for. Not just Americans- all of us who get to experience life for these few short years. What an opportunity!
