In very quiet natural position of the peninsula CALASETTA village (pop. about 3,000.) (Peninsula Sant Antioco) is this very generously equipped holiday villa surrounded by a more than 11,000 sq. m. of land Mediterranean to an olive grove of about 200 olive trees and vineyards the vine "Carignano DOC". The purchase of this themselves and organic olive oil and wine is, of course, for every guest. In the immediate area around the villa is a very well-kept green and planted with flowers garden area with a separate open seat - Children's Playground - toys and barbecue. The crystal clear sea and the white sand beach of "grande Spiaggia" about 1500 metres away. From the balcony of the sleeping area from the sea to see and the island of San Pietro "(Carlo Forte).

The premises of such Villa are on 2 levels and offer the possibility of hosting max. 6 persons. On the field are available: 1 spacious living / dining room with fireplace, TV and stereo - 1 separate small kitchen - 1 bedroom with a single bed - 1 bathroom with tub / toilet / bidet and washing machines - large covered furnished terrace with a fireplace and grill bread Oven.
