Hi

I'm going to be moving to Italy early next year.
I went to my health insurance company and asked that when I live in Italy and need something serious done (like an operation or give birth or so..) if I could go back to Belgium for it. (and get refunded).
They told me that I need a E106 form from my Italian health insurance then.
He also told me that his experience tells him that from Southern European countries he rarely gets E106 forms cause many are unwilling to give out this form.
Do any of you have (good) experience with getting this form?
Can anyone give me some more info on this E106 form?

Many thanks in advance.
