Hmmm wonder if one of them is my neighbour who, upon trying to renew her health card, was informed by ASL that sorry, you have been dead since 1990, so you can't!

Took her the better part of the summer trying to 'prove she was alive' to the authorities and finally get a 'fast track' application for a new card in September. Meanwhile of course she has been working and paying all kind of taxes which for some reason haven't been linked to her being 'alive'....
