I'm headed over to Italy on Tuesday and just wondered if anyone has any last minute advice for becoming an "expat"...anything you wish you had known before moving over? Do's and Don'ts?? Thanks in advance for any help! Smiler

By the way, my Italian friends LOVE my neosporin/polysporin. If you use it for cuts bring some extra over... and if you don't, bring some as future gifts? I am not kidding, they love this stuff! ditto on the meds, ditto on it being hot (although I am in Rome right now), ditto on the meds, and ditto on the ziplock bags. My first care package is coming over via a friend and my mom has sent: video games for my son, packaged Indian food (from Trader Joes), Apple Store goodies, clothes for my son, and a few English books that just simply cost more here but are nonetheless available.
Buon viaggio!
