Thanks for the heads-up on the Bill. My only concern is if I can access this info from Italy. Previosuly when I tried to get my free annual credit report online I was told that the service was not available to those living outside the US (or I guess more correctly, to those whose ISPs are outside the US!)

For the free www.annualcreditreport.com , you can print out the form on their site, mail it and they will mail the reports to a US address. Do you have someone who will forward mail to you?

I haven't tried this credit score one yet- they say it'll be available 16 June.

I did the annual credit report when we were in the states, just to check...with all the tricks used today for identity theft I encourage everyone to check out their credit report annually. A girl I worked with was applying for a mortgage and found out that her SIL had stolen her identity and had several outstanding credit card balances!

For the credit score, it's not terribly important, but I am curious, so I'll check it out after the 16th.
