I discovered an interesting Home Furnishings store over the weekend near Treviso called Idea. It's a bit like a cross between a Pier 1 and Ikea. Most of the items are Asian-style designs with low prices and of medium quality. I have not seen anything quite like this in Italy besides Ikea.

Does anyone know anything about this store? Is it a chain? Is it a subsidiary of another store? I am a proficient internet searcher but I cannot find anything about this store besides the yellow pages listing. My wife and I felt so highly of it that we would consider buying stock in the company - if we could only find it's website.

I know it's a long-shot, but anyone out there seen this store before?

I've seen this store around Milan. The website is www.ideanegozi.it. There's another store I've seen here as well that is basically a Pier One clone called Co. Import. Good place to get candles. The site for that one is www.coimport.it.
