I bought a new mobile phone today. When I got it home I noticed that although on the front there was a big picture of a black phone (the one I wanted), it said in very small print on the side "red" (not the colour I wanted). I went straight back and asked to exchange it for the black one. They didn't have black, and as there wasn't really another phone I wanted, plus I just wanted to go home (baking hot at this point), I asked if I could have my money back or a voucher to use later. The answer was: "No"

My question is, is this allowed? Not to give money back or a voucher? The phone wasn't opened at all.

I picked another one in the end - which came to 10 euro less than the original, and they still wouldn't give me a voucher for the remaining 10 euro! Frowner
