Don’t’ know exactly where to post this, so I’ll start here. Anyone living in or around Lucignano? (city/village east of Siena.) In particular, what is the cost of living, real estate, closeness to health care (hospitals) and mass trans? Is it a touristy place or mostly quiet?

Been there a number of times. Lucignano is a very pretty, immaculately restored centro storico set in lovely countryside. Many tourists in summer, expensive real estate (relatively speaking), a car would be essential.
