I Googled up this one. Since it is for foreigners, it might even be taught in English.

Poo. Doesn't look like it is near Napoli....and from what I understand, you have to live there. Unless I can bring my 3 year old, not going to work for me (maybe 15 years from now!). Thanks for trying. Hopefully I will be able to find SOMETHING when I get there.....maybe I could just apprentice in a restraunt or something. dogrun

I love these emoticons!

I happen to know a woman who graduated recently from a culinary academy and now gives private and semi-private cooking lessons and classes if that's something you're interested in. She lives/works about 1 1/2-2 hours from Naples though (inland Campania - between Naples and Bari). She speaks pretty much Italian only (and French actually)....can communicate a bit in English...but you would need some knowledge of Italian. Let me know (didn't know if you will be living in Naples or would be going over to do this)and I'll hook you up with her :-)

I don't know your background, but La Locanda di Bu in Nusco I know sometimmes has American chefs intern (or whatever you would call it in the cuilinary world)http://www.lalocandadibu.com/home_en.html
