Where should I look to buy fresh calf or pork brains?

never heard of it myself but i would avoid all supermarkets and local shops. Go and find an old fashioned kind of butcher's where they probably chop up the animals themselves in a back room. Your request might be met with a puzzled frown as they would probably consider this waste but i'm sure that if they have it, they'd gladly sell it rather than just throw it out with other waste.
