Hi all

I thought I should share my news with all cheese lovers who are in search of some English cheese (even though Italian cheese is yummy too)

I have just bought 5 packets from Auchan in Milan ( Cesano Boscone) I found them in the pre-packed cheese secion. They had:

Vinatage Cheddar
Cheshire
Creamy Lancashire
Double Gloucester
White Stilton with mango & apricots

Just eaten some of the Lancashire in a baguette & it went down a treat :-)

I've never been to Auchan but there is one down here so I'll have to check it. I can't imagine finding those cheeses here TBH.

Was in Auchan in Ancona on Thursday...looked at the cheeses, no such luck, and even if I'm American I like English cheeses. I did find Stilton at Carrefour in Ancona last week, 24 euro/kg...it was yummy as far as I was concerned, but again I'm a Yank and it may actually be terrible for Brits!
