I just noticed the new map, which is now worldwide. It's nice when people mark it- you can get an idea where people are clustered.

I think people just forget it is there. Hopefully they will see this message of yours and pop on over to put in their marker. Thanks for bringing this up!

I added myself. I'm the only one outside Italy!

It's been there for a while. I added my detailed a few months ago, and then disappeared for no reason. Now, when I view it, it seems to have been reset.

just looked at the map.... my info has disappeared since the last time i looked (2 months ago...)

Tried using it when I first signed on, couldn't really figure it out or figure what purpose it served, especially since our location shows up when we post. Then forgot about it.

Yikes, it looks like we lost a bunch of people when we switched servers. I will put up a new map that will work better and not crash like this one has.

As for the purpose. I think that it helps if people can go to the map and see others in their area. Maybe they have never seen a post by someone so they don't know exactly where they are but when they see them on the map they can start to make new friends.

I think the map is useful. While everyone has their location beside their name, not all of us are experts on Italian geography! Let us know when the new one is up and running, Cristina.

Okay, our new map is set up. This is through Google and their Frappr beta. Much better IMO

I have added myself to the map - it works swimmingly. Also had a little chat with BellissimaTina in the chatroom just now. Thanks Cristina!
