I wanted to welcome mschoen's baby boy, Dylan Francesco, born January 11th at noon, 3.75 kilos and in her words "un torrello!"
She should be coming home soon, but I thought it would be nice if you wanted to send her some good wishes via the Expats board, she'll see them when she gets back on the Internet!
Yeah, that's great to hear. Auguri! Any word if he's an Inter or Milan or Ohio State fan yet?!

He who is of a calm and happy nature will hardly feel the pressure of age, but to him who is of an opposite disposition youth and age are equally a burden Plato
Thanks Sara for posting that and thanks everyone for the well wishes. I'm just back from the hospital and don't have much time to write, but I've quickly posted a picture on my blog. Thanks again! Michelle
Welcome Dylan! Now the real fun begins. Really. There is nothing better than the first few weeks when it is just you and him bonding. Take lots of quiet time together. CONGRATS

My wife had: my parents, her parents and the two couples that lived next to us to give her help and advice! There was one thing in common between: wife's English Mother, my Sicilian Mother, Swedish Mother/Grandmother next door and Polish Mother/grandmother across the street if the baby was crying she was being starved!!!
