Hi Everyone Hope you are all well!

Wonder if you can help. I will return to UK after 4 wonderful years (mainly) here in Italy, and would like to see if there is any advice you can give about what I have to close / sign and sign again Wink officially before I leave.
I have an apartment which i will rent out, currently work and will leave end of August.
