As Bill has decided to step down from being a mod, we need to get a new title for him so I am opening a competition. Now we have to keep in mind that he was a mod and that he is Bill Wink. Me, I was thinking, Oh No Mr. Bill! but that really isn't a title. Any ideas?

I also want to make titles for different levels.

0-50 posts =
51-500 =
501-1000=
1001 and above =

Any thoughts?

Cristina

I like the novello title. wine I think the 1001+ could be something like 'Pro' . I think all titles need to be short-ish because if they are too long it pushes the post too far to the right.

Bill should be called:
'Man With The Golden Tongue'
hidesbehindsofa (mani-doro...remember?)

0-50 = Turista
51-500 = 'Permesso di..'
500-1000 = Residente
1001- ~ = 'Ancora Qui' OR Still Here! OR Addict!

Wouldn't that be lingua d'oro, not mani d'oro? Plus I talk like I have a mouth full of marbles, so I'm not sure that fits. farmer

0-50 posts = Turista
51-500 = Permesso di Soggiorno
501-1000 = Carta d'Identità
1001 and above = Passaporto

For Bill and possible future ex mods I would suggest something if I had an idea...

Nope, it's true. Where I grew up down in Alabama we don't do much swordfightin'. Now, give me a buck knife or a broke off long neck and we'll have a go.

You mean those guys that were a bit like 'Hells Angals'? All that butch leather with the studs?

Yeah - thinking about it - he (Bill2 aka mani doro) just might like being a 'Rocker'moped.

Then again - smileypulldownsunglasses maybe not!

I would have thought the terms were applicable to this site only. Like... tourist of Expats in Italy, permesso di soggiorno for Expats in Italy, Residente/Carta d'identità for Expats in Italy, Passaporto to Expats in Italy...

Well, perhaps not?

Okay, I really like the turista, permesso, residente, passaporto and I like the way that Tiffany defined it. I will do a poll and we will see the overall consensus.

As for Bill, man you are a hard scurmuggen (sp? - and you know I call you that with total affection right Big Grin) to give a title to. I like the punchliner but I don't know if that is enough. Any other ideas?
