You can find her great interview here http://www.expatsinitaly.com/stories/shelley_rome.html Thanks for filling it out Shelley and for giving detailed answers.

Come on folks, click on the link to submit your interview (below my signature) and go ahead, be verbose. FWIW, I have gotten a bunch of interviews that have never been uploaded to the site because they are basically full of just one word answers. This is a great way to tell YOUR story and help out thousands of others (we have over 400,000 vistors per months).

I have also added Shelley's Blog (www.athomerome.blogspot.com) to our list of favorite blogs.

Carole, if you mean from the contest (we discussed this here http://expattalk.com/groupee/forums/a/tpc/f/8310061972/m/6220041324/p/2), if you click on Contest Entries in the right column you can see what was entered. As you can see, after 7 months we only received 13 entries. We said we wil decide the winners on the 31st of January so we will do that.

If this is not what you are talking about, could you point me to the posts where other articles were discussed?

We are in the process of implementing the new article management program where everyone will be able to write an article with pictures included online so that there will no longer be long waits for me to unformat the article received then apply it to one of our templates, then reformat it, edit it and then upload it. We will be able to edit and then click approve and the system will do the rest. I am just hoping that I have not wasted a good chunk of change as if we only get 13 articles using the system, I would be better off paying people to write Eeker

Yes those are the ones I meant Cristina, and this answers the question... thank you. Mine was a simple question - not a criticism.

The thread where you mentioned these was this one:

Oh don't worry, I didn't take it as a criticism.

I am hoping to get it all designed over the weekend so that we can start. I just hope that someone will be willing to write as it is like pulling teeth it seems No one has offered yet, they just voted in the poll. ROFL

I'm itching to hop into Getting Your Patente In English. In fact, I'm tempted to write it in the sort of English that turns up in the translated Test Exams. It will confound dictionaries left, right and centro.
