Does anyone know if Seventh Generation Brand diapers (or similar brand) are available in Florence? chlorine-free, etc.

There are some eco-friendly shops near Santa Croce that might have them and there is a big eco-friendly shop on via Seragli. Otherwise I wouldn't know. I buy what is available as I only use nappies at night now - well, my daughter does! The supermarkets don't and most pharmacies probably won't. It is normally own-brand or pampers.

For eco-friendly disposables, the most common brands are Moltex or NaturaE.

just an update...
found the shop on via Seragli very easily! Very nice shopkeepers, we bought a few things but not diapers. The prices were pretty high. BUT...

we made the trek to NaturaSi and were so glad we did it. They had the Moltex for a pretty good price. Giada only wears the sposies at night anyway. We also found a few grains and things we had not been able to find here in the city center. We took a bus home, but once we get a bike it will be cake. Thanks so much for all of your help!
