I just got una multa in the mail for Nov 2007, courtesy of an autovelox camera on the Via Salaria. A friend here said he thought there was a 150 day limit for the police to send the notice on this type of ticket, it is almost 300 days since this occurred. Has anyone heard of this limitation?

I thought it was 150 days too, so I googled it, and it turns out that if what this guy says is right it's 360 days if you're not resident in Italy. Otherwise it's 150 days, as we thought: http://it.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080304024527AAZGY6T |
