I'm not English but an American who lives in Venice. There are quite a few Anglo expats here who I spend a lot of time with.

I am American (with an Italian husband) and we will be moving to Verona from Rome this summer. I was wondering the same thing. Also is there any English newspapers or other English resources in the region? I have googled but can't find anything.

I'm English and currently living in London. I have a small flat in Venice and try and get over there as much as I can - although not as much as I would like. I've made friends with immediate neighbours, but would love to meet up with new people for coffee. It would be good to swap tips for good restaurants, shops etc in this wonderful city we find ourselves in. Feel free to email me at tracey_gittins@yahoo.co.uk.

My husband and I are relatively new (5 months) in Venice. We're American's waiting on our dual italian citizenship to be completed here, and would love to meet up with all expats in the area. We're definitely interested in a GTG anytime!

Hey there! I'm an American in Veneto too -- just north of Treviso...

What do you two do in Venice?

Belluno is in Veneto. We've been having a yearly around Christmas time dinner for all the English speakers in the area. Around 60 or so show up, the majority English.

Sometimes there is snow at Christmas in Belluno, but not last year. I can make an anouncement when it comes up.
