Does anyone know if a U.S.-made baby monitor will work in Italy (with a plug adapter)? We have friends coming in August who want to use one, not sure if I have to buy one for them or whether they can bring their own. Someone posted that UK monitors work here. So, U.S., too? Grazie

Check the back of the monitor and see if it has the CE symbol. US baby monitors etc that aren't CE-rated use frequencies that are reserved for other uses.
