Hello all. I’m just wondering what’s going on in Rome on the MOST wonderful holiday known to man. I'm talking about Thanksgiving, of course. A holiday that requires NO cards or presents. I love that.
I ask because I’ve recently learned that I will need to be in Rome on Friday November 23 for a work meeting. I figure I’ll take the train up Thursday morning and I could easily be there in time for dinner. Then I’ll stay up until the weeee hours to get a glimpse of American football, if possible. Then I’ll probably sleep through the work meeting the next day. My boss in Rome mentioned that there is some event at a Tex Mex restaurant or another restaurant called something like the “T” Bone Station. A restaurant would be fine but I would like to be around people I know or at least people I “virtually” know. I could bring some good Primitivo wine or olive oil!
